Before you begin

Data Processing Agreement

You are about to enter client information. Please confirm:

Not a diagnosis. MOJOWAY is a coaching framework, not a medical or psychological service. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or assesses any condition.
Client data is pseudonymous. Use a first name, initials, or a code — never store a full client record you don't need.
Auto-deletion. Client entries and their reports are automatically removed after 90 days.
You control deletion. You can delete any client and all their reports at any time from this page.
