Sixteen weeks, one paragraph

Sixteen weeks, one paragraph

Client account, recorded October 2026

Sixteen weeks of coaching and the thing I actually used was one paragraph, four sentences long, that my coach wrote after the second review.

It said what to do on the days I travel, what to do when my back flares, what to do when I've slept badly, and what to do when I do none of the above. That's it. Four situations, one line each.

I've had programs with ninety exercises and programs with color coding. This was four sentences and I followed them for four months, which is a personal record.

What made it work is that it had been written after enough data to know what my life actually looks like, not what a template assumes. It mentioned hotels. It mentioned my back. Nobody had ever put my specific failure modes on paper before.

I still have it in my notes app. I read it on bad weeks.

Coaching that produces a paragraph like that is worth more than coaching that produces a plan I abandon in March.

MOJOWAY's review is where that paragraph comes from: a page about what happened, which makes it obvious what to write about what comes next.
