What I told the nurse

What I told the nurse

Client account, recorded October 2026

I spend twelve hours a week reading other people's charts, so I'm hard to impress with a printout.

My GP asked at my annual about activity. I said I'd been training for a year and a half. She asked what had changed and I realized I could actually answer, because I had a page in my bag with six quarters on it.

She looked at it for maybe forty seconds and said, "Can I scan this for your file."

That's the first time in my adult life a clinician has wanted something from a gym.

What made it usable was that it wasn't a marketing document. Same measurements, same dates, a one-line note from the coach about the blood pressure conversation we'd had, and their signature at the bottom so she knew who to call.

Healthcare and fitness don't talk to each other, mostly because they have no shared object. A signed page with dates on it is a shared object.

I'm not claiming a gym report replaces a blood test. I'm saying that when a client can hand a clinician a year of consistent measurements, the two systems finally have something to argue about.

MOJOWAY's pages are built to leave the building: dates, units, signature, and plain language, so a nurse and a GP can read the same thing a coach wrote.
