The coach was wrong and the report showed it

Client account, recorded October 2026

My coach told me in week three that my sleep was the problem. I told her it was my eating. We were both confident and both wrong, and neither of us could prove anything.

Six weeks later the review came with three months of numbers on it, and the thing that had moved most was my resting heart rate. Not sleep quality. Not food. Something I hadn't been tracking and she hadn't been watching.

She read it out loud in the session, and then she said, in a very normal voice, "I had this wrong."

I want to be clear about how much that mattered. I've had coaches who never admitted a thing and coaches who apologized for everything, and both were exhausting. This was different. It was a person reading evidence and updating in front of me.

That's when I stopped treating the review as a report card and started treating it as the thing we both work from.

We changed the plan that day. Three months later the sleep had improved too, which nobody had been aiming at.

The document isn't for the client to admire. It's the only thing in the room that neither of us can argue with, which is exactly what makes it worth the paper.

MOJOWAY's pages are the reason that conversation was possible: same measurements every quarter, in the same order, with the coach's name on the version they sent me.
