The studio where nobody improvises

Field note, multi-site studio review

Two branches, same brand, same price, and a client who moves between them feels like they've changed companies. One coach hands over a page. The other hands over a printout and a shrug.

The fix wasn't a style guide. Tone-of-voice documents get read once and quietly ignored, because they describe an output nobody has time to produce.

What worked was structural: both branches produce the same four sections, in the same order, from the same measurements. What a coach puts in each section is still theirs. The shape isn't.

After that, quality conversations got easier. When a coach's report is thin you can point at a section instead of at a person, which is a much shorter conversation and a much less defensive one.

Clients noticed before the staff did. People who move between sites stopped asking which coach they were seeing, which is the closest thing to a compliment a multi-site business gets.

The other benefit is invisible until an owner needs it: four hundred reports in one format is an asset. Four hundred in forty formats is an archive nobody can search.

MOJOWAY's body kit supplies the format and the measurement pipeline, so consistency stops depending on which coach answered the phone that day.
