Loyalty is usually documentation

Field note, client retention analysis

There's a version of loyalty that gets discussed in this industry and it's mostly about feelings: belonging, community, the coach who remembers your dog's name.

All of that matters and none of it explains why some clients stay for six years while their coach changes twice.

What those clients have in common, in the studios that keep them, is a file. Twelve quarterly reviews, six scans, four notes about a shoulder that used to hurt. They can see 2021 in the same document as this month.

That record does something emotional language can't: it makes leaving expensive in a way that has nothing to do with money. Leaving means abandoning a history that only exists here.

Which is why the operational question for an owner isn't "how do we build community". It's "could a client find their own past in five minutes if they wanted to".

Most studios can't answer yes. The data exists in three systems and none of them talk.

MOJOWAY's body kit answers that question by construction: every client accumulates a signed, readable history that belongs to them and stays with the studio.
