The mirror that measures

Field note, studio in Chicago, 2026

His clients are not athletes. They're people in their forties who came in because a doctor said the word "prediabetes" or because a photograph ruined a holiday.

They don't want a training programme. They want to know whether the thing they're doing is working, and the mirror has never been able to tell them.

So the coach started opening every third session with the page instead of the plan. Two numbers, one direction, one line about what it means this month.

The clients stopped asking "is this working". That question had been the most common one in the studio and now it barely appears, because the answer is on a page with a date.

This is a small, unglamorous shift and it changes the tone of the work more than any programme design did. Uncertainty is what makes people quit, and most of it isn't emotional. It's informational.

MOJOWAY's kit is a measuring instrument for that: plain numbers, a chart, and a coach's sentence about what the movement means before the next quarter begins.
