She read it twice

Field note, coach in Dublin

The client is a nurse. She's used to being the one who explains things to nervous people, and she'd never noticed that she'd been treating her own body the same way: technical, distant, slightly impatient.

Her coach asked her, in the intake, what she'd say to a patient with the same numbers. She said something practical and kind.

The report wrote that back. It quoted her own sentence in the first paragraph, under the coach's note.

She read the whole thing twice, and then she said something that has stuck with her coach since: I've had six of these scans and this is the first one where the person in it sounded like me.

That's the whole difference between a printout and a report. A printout describes a body. A report describes a person who owns it.

This has very little to do with data quality. It's about whose words are in the sentence.

MOJOWAY's kit keeps the client's own intake language in front of the coach, so the report can be written in the language the person actually thinks in.
