Every coach has met the moment when a client sees a single number and the air changes. Sometimes it's weight, sometimes body fat, and more often than anyone expects it's the visceral number, the one they didn't know was being measured.
The number doesn't have to be bad. It has to be new.
At that moment, everything the coach prepared about technique becomes background noise, because the client is now doing an entirely different piece of work: deciding what this figure means about them as a person.
A coach who reacts to the numbers instead of the moment will lose the hour.
The move that works is smaller and slower: name what just happened, out loud. "That figure surprised you." Then wait. Let them say the sentence that's forming, because that sentence is the actual material of the session.
The scan gives you numbers. What you do in the ten seconds after the client reads them is the coaching.
MOJOWAY's kit is built to slow that moment down: one plain sentence about what the figure means, one question to open it, and enough context that the coach isn't improvising.
