The forty minutes before

Field note, coach in Austin, October 2026

The client is new. He has twelve pages of numbers from the body scan and forty minutes before the session.

He reads them again. He knows what a high visceral number means, he knows what skeletal muscle below range implies, he knows the textbook version of all of it.

What he doesn't have is the first sentence.

The old version of this hour is familiar to anyone who has done it: he opens with the numbers, watches the client's face close, spends the next twenty minutes doing reassurance he didn't plan, and ends with three recommendations nobody will follow.

The failure isn't a knowledge gap. It's that the data arrived behind glass. Nobody had put it into the client's language yet.

What changed for him was having a page before the conversation: what this number means in this person's week, one thing to watch, one thing to say first. Not a diagnosis. A way in.

He still reads the scan. He just doesn't start with it.

MOJOWAY's body kit exists for those forty minutes: the numbers turned into a short, plain-English script a coach can actually say out loud.
